After this period, your order may have entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) where the product remains intact is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at contactordory@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your claim to determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen issues during shipping. If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. ORDORY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a resend or a refund.
