Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays or order cancellations. If our system detects any issues with your address, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package. Once your package has been handed over to our courier partners, it is unfortunately beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contactordory@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
In the event of a lost or stolen package, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process and may require additional information from you to complete it. We will also follow up with the courier company on your behalf and provide you with updates.
Please note that ORDORY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue. If the package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
In some cases, the courier company may be able to locate and deliver the package. If not, we recommend filing a police report.
